On the occasion of the VII Edition of the Italian Design Day, Matteo Urbinati, Art Director of the company Foscarini, specialized in the creation of design lamps, was a testimonial for Turkmenistan in Ashgabat. The IDD is a global initiative promoted by the Association for Industrial Design (ADI) and the Compasso d’Oro Collection, in collaboration with MAECI, the Ministry of Culture, the Italian Trade Agency, the Triennale di Milano, and Federlegno Arredo, dedicated to Italian Design worldwide. The theme of the VII Edition was “Quality that illuminates. The energy of design for people and the environment,” during which several events were held. Among these, a masterclass at the International University for the Humanities and Development and the Academy of Fine Arts, workshops with interior designers, and a meeting with companies and business representatives at the Chamber of Commerce and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
