The “Verdi Concert” was successfully held at the Magtymguly Theatre, on the occasion of the 210th anniversary of the birth of the renowned composer Giuseppe Verdi. The event, an initiative of the Italian Embassy and the Turkmenistan Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Rasul Klychev, was part of the promotional campaign for Rome’s candidacy to host Expo 2030, and featured the participation of internationally recognized Italian soprano Maria Pia Piscitelli.
